I'm Jack Gonzales, a real estate agent with NM Home Masters, based in Albuquerque. I work primarily with retail buyers finding their next home, and with investors sourcing distressed and value-add properties across New Mexico.
My longer-term focus is building a practice around 1031 exchanges and commercial real estate, helping investors defer gains, redeploy capital, and grow a portfolio the right way. Every deal I work today, residential or investment, is handled with that same discipline.
